Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our catalogue, and any items that you wish to purchase simply click on the Grey "Add To Shopping Cart" button within the box for that product and your selection will be added to your order. If there is no add-to-cart button, the item is NOT currently available. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Some products have more than one button so please take care that you select the correct one.
Also, some products have a "Click here to view larger image" button. This is useful for when you need an enlarged view of products that do not show up very well as a small image.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa/Mastercard, Amex (and Switch/Delta in the UK). We also accept PayPal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
All orders have carriage charged. All orders are per our standard shipping tables. The cost of shipping your order is shown when you look at your 'Shopping cart' after you have selected your country at the checkout screen. The price shown is the maximum and will be adjuusted when we invoice to £3.00 plus actual shipping cost. + VAT where applicable. Because of weight variations in our products, you may be charged LESS than the shipping cost shown on light products. The charge that appears is the MAXIMUM charge.

Delivery Schedule
We process your order right away. We will normally despatch your order to you within 48 hours, except for weekends and public holidays. International orders are generally received in under 5 days, subject to the postal service used.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. One-off & Good as new items cannot be backordered.

Tax Charges
For orders made from outside the United Kingdom and the EEC tax is not added and you should click the exempt button to reduce the tax to zero. All other orders are taxable at 20.00% including the carriage charges.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
